Cold Plunge Warranty Policy

This warranty policy applies to all cold plunge products manufactured by Santa Barbara Ice Bath LLC.

1. Limited Warranty:

Santa Barbara Ice Bath LLC warrants that the cold plunge product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year, starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.

2. What is Covered:

The warranty covers the following:

    • Structural integrity: The shell and frame of the cold plunge, including cracks, leaks, and delamination.
    • Equipment: Pumps, filters, chillers, heaters, and control systems.
    • Plumbing components: Leaks due to faulty parts or installation.

3. What is Not Covered:

The warranty does not cover the following:

    • Normal wear and tear: Fading, scratches, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
    • Misuse or neglect: Damage caused by improper installation, overloading, improper cleaning, or use outside of intended purpose.
    • Acts of God: Damage caused by lightning, floods, earthquakes, or other natural disasters.
    • Accidental damage: Drops, impacts, or other accidental damage.
    • Consumable items: Filters, hoses, and other replaceable parts.
    • Modifications: Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.

4. Warranty Claims:

To make a warranty claim, please contact Santa Barbara Ice Bath customer service at 805.702.7918 or info@santabarbaraicebath.com. You will need to provide proof of purchase and a description of the problem. If the claim is valid, we will:

    • Repair the product: We will repair the product at our facility or send a technician to your location, at our discretion.
    • Replace the product: If the product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new or refurbished product of the same or similar model.
    • Refund the purchase price: If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling costs.

5. Limitations of Liability:

Santa Barbara Ice Bath's total liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law:

This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California.
